This is The Front Desk: a living sample of the receptionist who never sleeps. She receives whoever writes in the small hours, answers in their language — Spanish or English —, handles the simple things, qualifies them, and books them in. All while the owner sleeps.

La clínica de muestra se llama La Calma y ya cerró — su dueña duerme. Tú no: te duele algo, o solo quieres tu cita. Elige en qué idioma escribes y toca «Escribirle»: la recepcionista responde en ese mismo idioma. The sample clinic is called La Calma and it is closed — its owner is asleep. You are not: something hurts, or you just want your appointment. Pick the language you write in and tap “Write to her”: the receptionist answers in that same language.
